Havn is an AI assistant for small businesses. It works inside your real email, calendar and files, from the chat app you already use, on a machine you control.
Reads your real inbox and calendar. When you connect your Google or Microsoft account, your assistant can find the email that needs a reply, check what's on today, and pull up the file you mean.
Writes the first draft. The follow-up, the reminder, the reply that's been sitting for three days. You approve it or fix it. It doesn't send anything on its own.
Remembers your business. It knows what you told it last week, so you don't repeat yourself.
Each Havn assistant runs on your own computer or on a server dedicated to you. Your email, calendar and files are read there, when you ask. There is no Havn database of your business, and we don't sell or share your information. The privacy policy has the details.
